Submission Guidelines

1 /   Extended Abstract or Research Paper

Extended abstracts or full research papers must describe original work that has not been previously published, not accepted for publication elsewhere, and not simultaneously submitted or currently under review in another journal or conference.
Submissions must be in English and PDF format. The extended abstract should not exceed two pages (between 800 and 1200 words). The full paper should be between 6 and 12 pages (including figures, tables, proofs, appendixes, acknowledgments, and references) long, with unrestricted reference space.

Use IEEE citation style (IEEE Citation Reference) for both submissions.
Please submit it electronically via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (Microsoft CMT). If the link does not work, use the following URL: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/SaudiHPCAI2024/

At least one author of each accepted extended abstract or full paper must register for and present the work at the conference. Please ensure all authors are clearly identified in Microsoft CMT before submission. To support the identification of reviewers with conflicts of interest, the full author list must be specified at submission time. No changes to authorship will be permitted for the camera-ready submission under any circumstance or after submissions close. So please, make sure you have them listed correctly when submissions close.
